Biological Diversity ACT, 2002
The biological Diversity Act, 2002 was enacted by the Parliement Of India to conserve biological diversity,vsustainable use of its componenets and ensuring fair and equitable sharing the benefits arising out of the use of biological resources and knowledge associated with it.
